A modern, practical and well-equipped villa. Villa Eduard is a villa with quality finishes, spacious rooms and distributed on one floor.
Inside the villa there is a hallway leading to the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a complete independent bathroom and two other double bedrooms, with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. All rooms have large windows with direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is practical and modern and independent, equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and microwave, at the end of the corridor, a huge space occupied by a large dining area and living room with SMART TV, properly furnished and with large windows that give access to the covered outdoor terrace, presided over by a fantastic barbecue. From the covered terrace of the villa we can access, on one side, to the roof terrace with sea views, and on the other side to the pool area. The gardens are well kept and are in Menorcan style, with flowers and autochthonous plants with a gravel base.

Villa Eduard is located in the area of Binibeca Vell at about 500 m. approx. from the white sandy beach of Binibeca Nou and very close to the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell. In its surroundings you will find supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants which makes your stay at Villa Eduard very comfortable due to the proximity to these places.
The airport is only 15 km away as well as the town of Mahón. There are also other beaches nearby, such as Binisafua, Punta Prima or Alcaufar.
